This App is a Game Changer for Land Buyers

I suggest this tool call OnXHunt to all my buyers looking for property over a few acres in size.  The app is available on iPhone and Android phones and basically shows you boundaries on the ground of any given parcel you are looking at with you as a GPS dot so as you move around the property you can see yourself in relation to the boundaries. 

There is a free trial for 30 days and you can purchase for $29.99 for the year and is worth every penny for the freedom of understanding the land you are considering purchasing.
